What is Body Agent?
Body Agent is an underwear clothing brand started by Tamara (a scientist) and Natalya (a lawyer), with the help of Amelia (a lingerie designer). It is a company inspired by women for women.
We know what drives women and every day embarrassing issues such as bloating, gas and irritable bowel syndrome shouldn't stop us from being the best people we can be. So let us tell you a little bit about the underwear!
The material used in Body Agent underwear is entirely unique to the point that our technology has been patented. The material itself is actually based on military protection suits and has gone through years of development and testing in laboratories and on real-life volunteers who experience issues such as gas, bloating, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, colitis and various autoimmune disorders. So we are confident that our product works to eliminate odours by trapping odour molecules in the material itself to ensure that the air around you stays fresh.
Not to mention, with the help of our lingerie designer the design looks fantastic and is incredibly comfortable, so no one needs to know what this underwear does!
How do I Clean My Odour Free Underwear?
To ensure that your odour free underwear remains odour absorbent, with every purchase of Body Agent women's underwear you will receive a small sachet of washing soda free of charge!
To maintain the longevity and usability of your Body Agent underwear we recommend that washing soda is used, rather than washing detergents, bleaches or fabric softeners. Below are our recommendations and instructions on how to wash your Body Agent odour free underwear, you will also find instructions on the product label and packaging that we urge you to follow.
Quick Tips
- Please do not use washing machine detergent, bleach, fabric conditioners or softeners.
- Wash your Body Agent garments with only the washing soda provided in your order or washing soda that you buy separately.
- We recommend hand washing your Body Agent odour free underwear, however we do understand that life tends to get busy and sometimes a washing machine is the only practical solution, so we have provided recommendations below for those who must use a washing machine.
Hand Washing
- If hand washing your Body Agent underwear (which we prefer you do), then please use approximately a teaspoon (5 to 10 grams) of washing soda in a small sink or bucket.
- If you require more washing soda it can be purchased at most supermarkets.
Using a Washing Machine
- If machine washing, please use a 'delicates' or 'silks' cycle (or similar) with 1 to 3 tablespoons (15 to 45 grams or more, depending on load size) of washing soda up to 40 degrees (maximum temperature).
- Please do not use washing machine detergent, beach, fabric conditioners of softeners.
- Please do not use a tumble dryer as this may destroy the product.
Body Agent items must be hung out to dry. Do not ever wear your Body Agent item wet or even slightly damp, please allow time for them to dry completely.

We will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date if the items have not been worn or washed and they are returned in the original packaging.
